The journey for David began in the vibrant city of Liverpool, where he attended Maghull High School on the outskirts and grew up in the tranquil village of Melling, a stone's throw from the Aintree Racecourse and the Grand National. Football was the first love until an injury redirected the focus towards martial arts. Meanwhile, the path of Jenny started in the rural countryside of Cumbria and led to university studies in languages, also in Liverpool, eventually bringing us to the community of Rugby. 

Together, they are not only partners in life but also dedicated martial arts trainers and teachers. We instil discipline in both adults and children, reinforcing the values of an indomitable spirit, resilience, support, confidence, and inclusion. Our family life, vibrant with the energy of our children, deeply influences our professional ethos, blending personal life lessons with practical advice.
