David Jones

I have lived and worked in the Wyre Forest area for over 30 years, having been first admitted as an Associate of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1993. I became managing director of my own firm in 2009 after spending several years as partner & head of estate agency with another large regional firm.

In 2023 I made the decision to take my business under the umbrella of The Property Experts, having been hugely impressed with the vast range of cutting-edge marketing tools, strategies and expertise which I now have access to as a member of a much larger nationally renowned group.

I also realised that the traditional 9-5 business model still operated by most estate agents has fallen badly out of step with the world our clients actually live in. As a personal property consultant, I am now able to provide a first class personal service to my clients, including being available in the evening and at weekends whenever needed.

By working in a smarter and more flexible way I can now prioritise quality over quantity, choosing to work with a smaller number of clients who I can personally advise and look after, through every step of the journey.

I live locally with my wife in the village of Wolverley, and away from the office am a lifelong Wolverhampton Wanderers season ticket holder. I also enjoy spending time, particularly in the summer months, exploring the Cardigan Bay coastline.
