I don’t refer to myself as an estate agent. I am a property marketing expert and a trained broker, working to negotiate the highest possible prices for my clients. I have global experience within the property sector. Having taken my broker exams in Dubai, I bought, sold, and rented real estate in a regulated market on behalf of my clients, who were based all over the world. I focused on high-end properties located on The Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. I learned that there’s a big difference between an estate agent and a broker in an ultra-competitive luxury market. For me, the main difference was providing exceptional service to my clients, which is always at the core of everything I do. I am here to guide my clients through their selling journey with a firm focus on client care and communication. I prefer to work with a small number of properties at a time as I believe that attention to detail and focus get the best results.
