Hi I’m Richard, your local expert for Harrogate and North Leeds. I have over a decade of experience in the industry, and I am fortunate enough to have helped sell all manner of homes. I started my career as a sales negotiator for a firm local to me and quickly progressed to work as a Local Property Expert for one the UK’s largest agents. I’m very excited to work with The Property Experts as the resources and support available really allows me to provide world class experience for all my customers. 

I’m passionate about providing a second to none service to everyone looking to move home, from the initial advice meeting to negotiating the best possible price for the home, all the way through to moving day! 

In my personal life I enjoy watching and performing live music and have been an avid guitarist for over 20 years. I’m very much looking forward to seeing you all soon!
