For nine years, I worked as a Signalling Design Engineer for Network Rail, where precision, communication, problem-solving and attention to detail were essential every day. Managing complex projects and working closely with clients, contractors and stakeholders taught me the importance of delivering a reliable, professional service built on trust and consistency.

I then moved into a role as an Architectural Technician, developing a strong understanding of property design, planning and presentation. This experience gave me valuable insight into how homes are structured, improved and marketed, while strengthening my ability to guide people through important property decisions with confidence and clarity.

For the past year, I have been working within the property industry, combining my previous experience with a modern, client-focused approach. My background has given me a unique skill set — technical knowledge, strong people skills and a genuine passion for helping people move onto their next chapter.
