Pani Demetriou

My name is Pani Demetriou and I have been in the industry for just under 40 years.

I trained as a mortgage consultant in the early 1980s, and I was a successful broker and have a keen understanding of the mortgage process and how to explain exactly what is involved and expected from those needing a mortgage or loan.

I then ran my first Estate Agency office which was based in Hornsey, North London, together with my staff, we worked with all the leading agents, surveyors, solicitors, and served the local community for 27 years.

We often dealt with the same family on more than one occasion as they came back to us to sell and move on. We gained a lot of repeat business, together with recommendations throughout our duration.

I love dealing with the public and nothing gives me a greater feeling than helping people and being part of their journey throughout their buying or selling experience.

I have gained an immense amount of knowledge over the years and use this to make the process as easy and as painless as possible. I have many clients by way of recommendation, and each client gains my full attention, no fuss, no gimmicks, just good old fashion communication and a bespoke service to suit each individual.
