Hi! I’m Matthew Francis and I’m a local Property Expert focusing on Rugby & Daventry. I’ve lived in Rugby for more than 20 years, except for a brief time spent living in Latin America! I currently live, near Rugby Town Centre.  

Having personally experienced buying and selling property on more than 10 occasions I can relate to it being a rather daunting process. Certainly it’s not been as easy as it could have been. For that reason I am committed to providing a service that is smooth and a good experience.  

My background is that I originally trained as a solicitor before spending more than 20 years working in Business Transformation. I therefore have a clear focus on the importance of great customer service and how it’s so important to understand your requirements rather than simply putting a property on the market and hoping it sells! 

I want to prove how the approach I take to customer service and engagement will maximise the engagement in your property. This will be done through the use of a full range of social media marketing techniques along with professional photography, video walk throughs and 360 virtual tours.
