Jiten Parekh

My name is Jiten Parekh and I am the South Buckinghamshire Prestige Property Expert. 

Originally born and raised in London, I’ve had the privilege of living in several fantastic neighbourhoods across Greater London before deciding to move to South Buckinghamshire with my wife and daughter. I have a vast amount of knowledge of South Buckinghamshire, the North-West London region and all areas in-between. I truly believe South Buckinghamshire to be a fantastic location for those wanting a balance between the big city and suburban lifestyles. 

 My personal passion for real estate began many years ago when I was looking for my first property. Navigating the process and finding the right home was a significantly important journey for me, at that time. I went on to help friends and family navigate their journeys and to date, I’ve viewed over 1,000 properties across both the sales and lettings market, combined. This extensive experience uniquely positions me to truly understand the position of buyers and sellers; and empathise with their needs. I understand the elements which make properties appealing to potential buyers and from the perspective of what a seller might be looking for. 

 As a Quality Assurance professional of 15 years, I tend to be a perfectionist and take immense pride in ensuring clear and concise communication with my clients on the sale / purchase of their home. My attention to detail and commitment to Quality has been instrumental in empowering me to deliver superior results.
