Hastings Allunga

My name is Hastings Allunga. From young age I have always had an interest in property, and I would frequently accompany my parents to their visits to estate agents and viewings of properties.

So, it only made sense that I bought and sold my first property when I was 19 years old.

Having done a few transactions since then, has allowed me to learn a great deal about the process. From this I have been able to observe many flaws in the process of buying and selling property in the UK.

Ultimately it is my goal to improve the quality of service given to buyers and sellers through increased efficiency and greater transparency. Through doing so I anticipate transactions will be smoother, more reliable and less daunting.

I plan to leverage conventional and newer methods of marketing to ensure that sellers get the best outcome and sell within quicker timeframes.
