I've spent my career around property, developing, renovating, designing interiors and staging homes for sale, and I still love it. That's why I've set up as an independent agent: I believe sellers deserve a more thoughtful, personal service than they often get.

My background means I look at homes a little differently. I notice the details that make a property special and what buyers are likely to respond to.

I've also sold my own homes, so I know how much rides on getting the valuation, marketing and negotiation right, and that a home is never just a financial asset. It's where you've lived your life and selling it deserves real care.

I start by getting to know your property, why you're moving and what matters most to you, then build the marketing around your home. I deliberately work with a small number of sellers at a time, so from the first appraisal to completion, you'll deal directly with me.

I live in Central Wiltshire as well as working here, and I know the villages, schools and countryside that often matter to buyers as much as the house itself.
